Medical Director
Richard Ma, MD
Dr. Richard Ma is an internal medicine physician and the medical director for LuxDerm MedSpa. He is also the Chief Medical Officer for Tewskbury State Hospital. He is fully certified in aesthetic procedures and collaborates with Diego to achieve the best results for our patients. Dr. Ma graduated with a BS in biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then attended the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Hawaii and subsequently completed his training in Cambridge, MA at the Cambridge Health Alliance Hospital affilitated with Harvard Medical School.

Diego DeMelo, RN, BSN
Diego, is a nurse with over 13 years of experience as a leader in the Aesthetic, intensive care nursing and emergency care fields. His background is notable for intensive training in patient care, which includes serving as a critical care nurse in tertiary care centers. He combines his artistic eye, perfectionistic qualities, and medical.
